The back of this outdoor bench is made of 3/4" #9 gauge expanded metal with a "Rising Sun" background design used to highlight your seating area. The seats of the benches are made of sturdy 11 gauge steel. The solid construction frame of 1 1/2" square tubing completes this bench for a more stylish look. This park bench is coated with a 1/8" to 1/4" thick Plastisol ultraviolet stabilized vinyl coating fused and baked to a 90 percent gloss. Because of the one-piece construction, there is no assembly required.

Then the tops and seats are coated with ULTRAVIOLET STABILIZED THERMO-PLASTIC COATING, FUSED AND BAKED TO 90% GLOSS FINISH. The high gloss finish is important, not only for good looks, but also in helping the ultraviolet stabilizers in the coating decrease fading over years of sunlight exposure. Table and bench under frames are made from heavy wall GALVANIZED STEEL TUBING. For added protection and good looks, the frames are coated with BAKED-ON POLYESTER POWDER COAT in addition to the galvanizing.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.
